Shipping Information

Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time

    Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment.

   We provide worldwide delivery services.

   Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and destination, we offer free Postal Shipping for orders over US $59.（except clearance products）

  For example, when your destination country is the United States, this will require 2-3 business days of processing time, followed by 5-10 business days of delivery time. Therefore, you are expected to receive the order within 7-13 business days.

We ship orders to all US states and territories, include Puerto Rico.

Transportation services are temporarily unavailable in these areas: Hawaii and Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, PO boxes 

We don't charge any taxes on any countries, In most cases, we will bear all customs duties incurred; customers will not need to bear any customs duties. 

Our store prices are shown in your local currency, but in USD when you checkout. All transactions will be handled in USD through Paypal or credit card at the checkout page.

For order contains Pre-Order items, will be delivered on the date stating on the description of the items.（If not, it will be 5-7 days faster）

We may ship your order with separate packages, items which have inventory will be shipped first.

For In-Stock Products

After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. It normally takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc.

The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

For Pre-Order Products

For orders containing pre-order items, we require 5-10 days for preparation before shipment. If your order includes only one pre-order item, it will arrive on the expected delivery date in the item description. Orders with two or more pre-order items will arrive on the expected delivery date for the item with the latest release.

Shipping Status

You will receive an email informing you that the order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number. Information about any back ordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on "Order History" to review order status and to obtain a tracking number.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When ordering please make sure you select the correct model and color because We cannot modify your order without your permission. If you confirm that the color or size is incorrect, you can contact us via email so we can make the necessary changes in the system. However, once the item has been shipped, the color and size cannot be modified.

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in Mainland China or Hong Kong. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

How to query logistics information？
